Thank you for visiting and supporting my small business!

All of my pieces are wheel thrown or hand built and each piece I make is crafted with care and love for the process in and of itself as well as the final product it will become. Due to the elements of handcrafting there is always a uniqueness and slight irregularity to my finished pieces. I believe that there is a certain beauty derived from these so-called imperfections. No two pieces are identical.

Currently I am only offering shipping within the United States.

All packages are usually shipped USPS Priority Mail. Larger packages may be shipped via UPS to save you on shipping costs.

RETURNS

Returns of regularly priced merchandise are generally not accepted unless the item you receive is not as described. However, I am a reasonable person and want you to be thrilled with your purchases, so if you have an issue, please reach out to me within 3 days of delivery so we can work together to come up with a solution. 

Any items purchased ‘on sale’ or with a discount code are FINAL SALE.

BREAKAGES

If you have received a package with broken pottery, please contact me ASAP or within 3 days of delivery. Here's what to do:

1. Immediately photograph the broken piece(s) AND the box/package.

2. Contact me via email ASAP to let me know about the situation and forward any photos to forgedandfoundpottery@gmail.com. I will place the claim with the shipping provider. If your package shipped with UPS - please save the packaging - they may need to survey it for the claim.

3. If possible a replacement will be sent out to you - otherwise a refund will be issued for the price of the damaged goods.

I am not responsible for damaged or broken pottery once the item(s) has been unpacked and used.

LOST & STOLEN MERCHANDISE

I am not responsible for lost or stolen orders marked as delivered by the carrier. This also includes orders that have been scheduled for local, personal pickup and have been neglected to be picked up at the set pick up time.
